Currently, Bertoli Beauty is only available in the United States.

Can I only purchase products through the website?

How much is shipping?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$5.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA

$12.00 for 2 days expedited

How long before I can receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days. Please remember that this time may vary during holidays or when we need to restock.

Bertoli Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air or ground transportation strikes, delays, or any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

What shipping service do we use?

Do you ship to P.O./APO/FPO?

Yes, but please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped to.

Can I change my order?

Please contact support@BertoliBeauty.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; nevertheless, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Why was I charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased; if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days, and it should fall off, and the issue should be rectified automatically. However, if it remains and you are sure that you only placed one order, please email support@BertoliBeauty.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for resolution.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at support@BertoliBeauty.com with your inquiry.

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

We are committed to being a clean brand, with 96-98% of our product ingredients sourced from natural origins. This focus on natural ingredients reflects our dedication to quality and transparency in what we offer. Because we are made in Italy, we are required to adhere to strict product ingredient requirements set in the EU.

Are your products vegan?

Does Bertoli Beauty use parabens or sulfates?

Bertoli Beauty does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you may have specific concerns, please consult your doctor using the list of ingredients found on the website.

Are the products Fragrance Free?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

Thank you again for your Bertoli Beauty purchase. We want you to love our Bertoli Beauty products. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below. All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Expect a response from a Bertoli Beauty customer care representative within 48 business hours.

Once the return is authorized, you will receive an email with an RMA number. Please return the partially used product in its original packaging with the RMA number inside to Bertoli Beauty Customer Care, 350 W. Venice Ave., #1081, Venice, FL 34285

Upon receipt of the product, we will apply the purchase price refund to the credit card provided within 48 business hours.

The refund will not include shipping costs, if any.

A confirmation email will be forwarded once the refund is processed.

What if my product is damaged?

We take great care to pack your order undamaged, sometimes products can arrive damaged for reasons out of our control. If this happens, please follow these easy steps to receive a replacement product:

A Bertoli Beauty customer care representative will respond to you within 48 business hours.

Once the return request is authorized, a replacement item will be processed and shipped to your mailing address within 48 business hours.

A confirmation email with the shipment tracking number will be provided once the shipment is processed.

Can I exchange a product?

Sometimes people change their mind. If you would like to exchange your unopened package for a different Bertoli Beauty product, please follow these easy steps:

A Bertoli Beauty customer care representative will respond to you within 48 business hours with an RMA number.

Once the exchange is authorized, please forward the un-opened and unused product, with RMA number written on the box, in its original state to Bertoli Beauty Customer Care, 350 W. Venice Ave., #1081, Venice, FL 34285

Upon receipt of the product, the exchange will be processed and shipped to the mailing address provided within 48 business hours.

A confirmation email with the shipment tracking number will be provided once the exchange is processed

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you ship an item for over $50 you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a returned item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
